CT Medical Electronics is a fully owned subsidiary of Advanced Critical Devices and the on-site service organization we, our manufacturers, suppliers, and customers rely on.  Located in our Brecksville, Ohio headquarters, CT Medical employs two full-time technicians.  Chuck Rowland, manager of CT Medical, and a Certified BMET, leads what has become a very successful and important aspect of our business.

 

CT Medical provides a wide variety of on sight services such as,

• in-house repairs 

• on-site equipment installation services

• daily equipment inventory

• testing and trouble-shooting

• FDA tracking

• Variety of day to day, as needed projects

• Consulting

 

CT Medical is also a Regional and National Service Center for many companies within the Advanced Critical Devices sphere of sales expertise. CT Medical offers an equipment loaner program which is managed by your local ACD sales representative.  Extended warranty programs are also available and should be strongly considered at the time of equipment purchase.
